It provides a deep insight into the mind of a seeker and the mind of an enlightened person. There is something for everyone in this book- from those who are mildly curious about spirituality, self-development, meditation, yoga and the like to those who are serious about God-realisation or Enlightenment. This is certainly an interesting read.
