Oil tells how energy is stored in the organic compound in atoms of carbon hydrogen and nitrogen in elastic convolutions and how energy is released on fire oil expanding by centrifugal force generated in the atoms. The reason for oil to be combustible organic compound could be excess hydrogen and nitrogen atoms in it's structure like liquid hydrogen and liquid nitrogen. The reason why I call the energy is stored in the atoms and not in the bonds is given in the book.
