My initial intention was not to become an ESL teacher, but to be a Chef; unfortunately, my family could not afford to pay such career. Nevertheless, I have learnt to love what I do through years and at the same time, I have gotten more practice and experience on what I actually love doing, which is cooking.

I've always believed that people have to work hard to succeed in life, the world belongs to the very determined ones.

One of my biggest dreams has always been to have a restaurant on my own, but I know that entails a lot effort, time and experience. This book is one of the first steps I will take to accomplish that goal.
