Saba Yunus is a self made and highly educated girl (M.A. Socio, M.A. Eng. Literature, M.Phil in Cyber Crime, Ph.D. and PGDCA).
She started her career in teaching in 2004 with an Educational Society named Dreamz Educational Society under which she trained 1500+ Students in Spoken English.
In 2006 She started her own Web Designing firm and developed Websites for leading Educational Institute and business firms of Kanpur City. In 2010 her WebDesigning Firm “Mac The WebDeveloper has been nominated for the Leaders’ of Tomorrow Award by ET NOW and India Mart. (www.maashaallahcreation.com )
Having immense interest in poetry she started writing in 2004 under a pen name “Khwaab” and created various blogs over internet which has huge fan following. In 2005 Dainik Jagran published an article on her depicting her writing skills. Various articles written by her on Spoken English and Computer has been published in English weekly newspaper of Kanpur. In 2013, 8th March, her first poetry book was launched by Dr. Reeta Bahuguna Joshi (Politician) in Kanpur.
In 2011 she has started a movement “Hate Corruption” to create awareness in youth against corruption in which approximately 1000+ youth of Kanpur city joined her team. (facebook.com/saba.hatecorruption)
In 2011 and 2012 she has been nominated by for Women Achiever Award and in 2011 She has been felicitated by Anupam Kher and in 2012 she has been felicitated by Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav for her excellence in poetry. In 2013 she has been felicitated by Socialist Shabana Azmi and Politician Mrs. Dimple Yadav for her excellence in poetry.
She is working as an Asst. Professor in a Sociology Dept. of MahilaMahavidyalaya, P.G.College, Kidwai Nagar since 2008. Her research papers on various social issues have been published in numerous National and International Journals.
Having passion to serve society she is being elected as a President of “InnerWheel Club of Kanpur Vidushi” in 2012 under which various social events have been conducted till date. (www.innerwheelclubkanpurvidushi.org )
Nowadays she is writing songs for a music album which will release till the end of this year. Her first song uploaded on internet which is a tribute to a Delhi gang rape victim, got 30000+ hits over Youtube.
