Description

The authors have elegantly narrated in a story form as if a teacher is enunciating the Glories of Iswarah. They saliently and succinctly presented the glories if Iswarah as the maker and the material are one and the same. Hence, the vision of the Vedas is that the whole creation is not separate from Isvarah. Hindus believe there is only GOD. Hence, Isvarah is not a matter for belief. It is a matter for understanding.
The LORD is called “HE” from the standpoint of the maker and called “SHE” from the standpoint of the material. In fact, we use HIM and HER interchangeably and use “IT” to indicate the truth of them both. Since the LORD is everything, IT is all names and forms and therefore, we can invoke IT by any name and in any form.
Yet another way of knowing the presence of Isvarah, is to see the beauty in Creation. The manifestation of all Creation is Isvarah; hence, all the beauties and glories in Creation are His. The Vibhuthi, glories emanate from Him. The authors have exhaustively discussed the chapter 10 of bhagwad Gita. From an individual standpoint, if one looks at this world it is nothing more than the contents of one’s inner mind. Three fourths is lost in one’s intellect. That is the truth of universal Self, the limitless, and the infinite. Brahman, In order to realize that which is “SHIVAM”, Pure consciousness or Awareness, individual self has to realize SELF to be the Infinite or Parabrahma.
