Er. Akshay Bhardwaj is a Lecturer(IT/CSE) at UIIT, Himachal Pradesh University. He is 26 years of age as yet and has the distinction of being the youngest Lecturer in the University. He is an NTSE scholar and a topper throughout. He also did his B. Tech. in IT from UIIT with honours. This is his first publication. Many more can be expected to come.
