HCTL Open Science and Technology Letters (STL) is an International, open-access, peer-reviewed, online journal devoted to various disciplines of science and technology. STL is planned to be a specialized bi-monthly journal published by HCTL Open Publishing, India. Volume 1, of HCTL Open Science and Technology Letters was specially concentrating on Reconfigurable Computing - Embedded, FPGA based, VLSI and ASIC Designs. All aspects of reconfigurable computing including embedded systems, FPGA based, VLSI and ASIC designs were considered in this edition.
