This humorous story is of Nandu Ram Sathe, a retired person living alone in his ancestral house with huge 800 square yard garden, located at prime location of Mumbai western suburbs. He is widower. He has no one to look after and therefore decides to donate his house to an NGO who runs senior citizens’ home.

One fine day on return from his first international trip he found his house missing, and then onwards his never ending journey begins. Through this journey, author tries to focus various precincts and flaws of legal constitutions.
