Description

Having worked with and for senior citizens for about ten years, many questions relating to why seniors behave in certain typified ways have puzzled the author. This book is the result of his efforts to find answers to questions like: Why do senior citizens feel lonely? Why do they crave to be heard? Why do they turn to religion after retirement? Why do elders find it difficult to adjust with family members? Most of the writings have been picked up from his own blogs – the ones that were better received and read. To add spice to the monotony of too many WHYs, some reviews of books, blogs and websites of retiree’s interest are included. A few articles, where many others (senior citizens) have contributed to the thought content are clubbed under a section called collective authorship. The last section gives some info about the author - his life and ahievements.
