About the Authors

Author 1: Dr. Nidhi Gupta is currently working as faculty in Dept. of Commerce & Management in Pt. J. L. N. Govt .P. G. College, Faridabad. She is Mcom, MBA, Ph.D . She is UGC NET qualified in both Commerce & Management. She is having work experience of 8+ years in teaching and research. Previously she was associated with S.S.B.T Gurgaon & Aggarwal College, Ballabgarh as a lecturer. She is also associated with IGNOU as a academic counsellor. She has published nine research papers in various renowned International Journals. She has presented ten research papers in National as well as international seminars & conferences. She was awarded with best research paper award in International Conference. She has published her first book titled ‘A study of Customer Satisfaction Regarding services in Post Offices in Selected Cities of NCR’. Both U.G & P.G students also working on different projects under her guidance. She is life member of All India Commerce Association. He has worked at different capacity like officiating Principal, Head of department, Co- Ordinator IGNOU Study Centre Nodal officer at Haryana State level for Higher Education Haryana EDUSAT Programme etc. His qualification is M.Com (ABST), MBA (Finance) & Ph. D (Finance). He has 30 years of rich experience in teaching and research. His area of research interest in Accounting & Finance and Marketing Dr. Mohender Kumar Gupta has published 38 research papers and articles in National and International Journals, 18 Books in Hindi and English medium and Guided 5 Ph.D thesis, 20 MBA Projects, 9 M.Phil dissertations of different Universities. He has authored study material of Finance Management of MBA in Business Agro of IGNOU Delhi. He has been evaluating of Ph.D thesis and dissertations of different Universities. Dr. Gupta has delivered live expert lectures on Accounting at IGNOU, New Delhi on AIRFM 105.6 MG2, teleconferencing and EDUSAT Programme of Higher Education Haryana, Panchkula on the Accounting Finance, Management, Taxation and other subjects. He is currently member of Editrial board of several journals and advisory Board of different institutions. Dr. Gupta has organised many workshops and seminars at National level. He is life member of several learned societies and association like AIMA, All India Commerce Association and Indian Accounting Association.
