Excellent book for new parents, dealing with the age-old dilemma, "What do I feed my child?"

Food for a Tot is an excellent collection of recipes for toddlers. The recipes are varied, and deal with the a toddler's fast changing food-habits. From purees and other liquidy recipes for newborns, to finger food and other easily digestible solids for the hungry toddler with baby teeth, this book presents innovative recipes that are safe, healthy and tasty! The book is also peppered with funny anecdotes based on the author's experiences with her child.
Overall this is a must read for anyone who has toddlers at home and is worrying about what to feed them.
