When you work as a team member will lead you to a launch pad to success, a platform that triggers a thought process and transcends a message that each team member has an unidentified potential leader within him. Once discovered, teamwork sets enormous limitless energy flowing, engulfing and positively influencing many lives around us. Once we learn to work as a team member, we are bound to experience growth, satisfaction, achievement and success. So in the process of evolving myself as a team member and in turn developing and inculcating those around me also into team sprit, I’ve embarked on the journey of writing this book. The journey of writing has run parallel with the journey of teamwork experience.
