You are projecting a comfortable future, a satisfactory future as a cover up for today’s uneasiness. Thus idea of suffering is coined. Suffering itself ends when you just stop this cover up. Now any action (or no-action) is relaxed and conscious. You have landed yourself in a magical world.
No one can be essentially unhappy unless one is in immediate physical danger. What one calls unhappiness, suffering is simply psychological discomfort due to something not happening as you wish or when you are unable to cover up the feeling of uncertainty.
