Description

The boundaries are shrinking faster than ever, people are migrating more than ever and cultural exchange is wider than ever. The world is moving fast towards white globe theory and the legal system is no exception to it. With time, the legal profession has evolved fourfold. Various legal systems around the world are allowing foreign lawyers to practice in their courts which brings us on the crossroads of cultural acceptances. The importance of the topic is immense not only to students but professions also. While India is expanding its legal footprint in ways once not imaginable it is mandatory to know the various culture and etiquettes for better deliverables.

About the Authors

Authors Pallavi Singh and Rahul Sinha are law graduate from Nirma University, Ahmedabad. During their law graduation, they realized that acceptance communication differs from place to place and there is little to no knowledge on cultures of different countries. Later while in their MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai they saw that MBAs are trained in business etiquettes to cross the cultural barrier and get accepted. It was then the idea of writing a book on legal communication occurred.
After completing their MBAs, the authors are employed in professional services firms Legasis services Pvt Ltd. and EY respectively.
