Renuka Narayanan is a 15 year old ex-NRI student who arrived from London aged 11 and is currently pursuing her first year of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of London (distance learning) besides being an IIT-aspirant. She has self-published a horror fiction novella aged 11, and has always been writing fictional stories, often unfinished, from when she was 6. Renuka has a passion for the environment, world-tourism, playing the veena and following up on articles of literary interest. Her short novel, The Green Dream, won second prize in the cosyreading.com writing contest, and aims to be a work of children’s environmental fiction with political ideologies and satire playing a major role in expressing the need and methods of change required on the global outlook towards major world-wide issues.
