The human brain is wired to learn through experiences and Sid shares some of them, gained by traveling, working on diverse assignments, and meeting different people, through the medium of books, blogs, publications, and guest talks. His tryst, with writing, started in high school in Mumbai.

Sid is an Educationist and a published author in The Times of India, Assam Tribune and several management periodicals. He has been quoted in the Deccan Herald for his expertise in leadership profile development. His first novella "IT'S OFFICIAL, STUPID" revolves around Gullibility of Women in the workplace.

He is the Co-Host of The Bespoke Show (TBS) and has hosted senior leaders from NASSCOM, Toyota, CII, Microsoft, Kalaari Capital, Tata Communications, IIM Bangalore, Sony Pictures etc . He has spent more than a decade in Education and has worked on Skill Development Projects, Language Training Programs, Improving Early Childhood Education in Affordable Private Schools (APS) and building better-quality higher secondary institutions.
