Description of "Aspiring Dawn:Towards a Change"

The book mainly deals with the issues surrounding the women's in the society. It aims at bringing in light the causes of the women's subordination, dominant mentality, ideology, lack of a proper identity for the girls and how these factors are integrated with each other to facilitate the former. Each chapter is unique in its own sense and attempt has been made to present a more holistic view of the things as they are in the contemporary Indian society. The story of the women's behind closed doors, experiences of the women's at work place are given special attention in this regard. I have also tried to narrate the story of one of my own friend and her struggle for being a girl in the society which echoes the problems of the most of the girls in our country. The consequences of the same have also been produced and measures as the way out has been suggested with education as one of the key to liberation in the hope that it can compel the readers to think of these issues which are otherwise taken for granted in the society.
