His first book "Babur and Humayun: Modern Learning Organisation" is one such book, where he has related a very improtant topic of Modern Learning Organisation with Babur and Humayun which were unaware of such things but somehow Bubr effectively used these techniques and Humayun failed to do so.

A Consultant by profession, Aditya is also a visiting faculty of Shri Janki Institute of Management Studies, Shahjahanpur. He is also working as consultant for ICICI Direct DBC Shahjahanpur.
