Darsha, a passionate learner, holds a bachelor’s degree in science and law. She holds postgraduate degrees MBA (Gujarat University) and a PGPX (Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad). She is also a Company Secretary (FCS and ACIS, London). She practised as a Company Secretary for 17 years before taking Senior Management positions in Reliance ADAG and later at Educational Initiatives, where she led multiple teams to develop advanced interactive software to teach languages (Gujarati and Hindi) and mathematics. At present, she serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of a few companies. Darsha is fond of swimming, travelling, music and painting.

She has translated about a dozen English books into Gujarati, written and published a few travelogues in Gujarati and edited many more books.
