About the Author

Dr. Boby Narayan is an Officer in Central Vigilance
Commission, New Delhi. Previously, he was working in
DRDO and, he was also holding the post of Assistant
Registrar in National Company Law Tribunal
(NCLT), New Delhi.
At present, he is Senior Fellow (Honorary) at
Interdisciplinary Institute of Human Security &
Governance, New Delhi, India.
He did M.A. in Sociology and English. He has pursued LLB from Delhi University. He
also holds an MBA along with PGDIM, PGDHRM, DIM, DLL and undergone Certificate
courses in Consumer Psychology (IIT, Guwahati) and Russian Language.
He did Ph.D. from Department of Management, Rabindra Nath Tagore University, Bhopal in 2023. He has published several journal articles and book chapters of National and International repute. With that he also participated and presented papers in various Seminars/Conferences nationally/Internationally. His research area was Skill Development and NGOs.
