The journey that began 23 years ago while teaching Business Communication has culminated in the creation of this book. Throughout my teaching experience, I frequently referred to multiple books to provide comprehensive knowledge to my MBA students. However, I often felt that no single resource fully encompassed the subject in a way that was both complete and accessible. This book is my attempt to compile essential knowledge about Business Communication in one place, making it easier for students to grasp the subject effectively.
While I initially envisioned including more comprehensive sections with additional questions, practical case studies, and interactive exercises, I realized that doing so might make the book bulky and detract from its primary focus—offering a structured and cohesive understanding of the subject.
