Dr. Saroj Kakati, born 1.1.1968. at village Puthimari, 150 kilometers away from Guwahati city. Primary education at Kalarguri Primary School, at Puthimari ME school middle education, from Bapujee High school HSLC, BA from Bajali College, MA and PhD From Gauhati University. Father’s name is late Nandalal Kakati, Mother Putul Bala Kakati.
Dr. Kakati is a devout worker of five subjects these are—Literature, Music, Art, Philosophy and Yoga.
As a litterateur, he composes novel, short story, poem, essay, research book, children novel, and drama. As a musician, he is a lyricist, composer, and singer. AS an artist, he is a painter of mix media. He has composed two philosophical books and he has been exercising Yoga from childhood.
