Manoj Srivastava has contributed significantly to the lubrication sector, particularly in India and Africa (Tanzania), and has been a guest speaker at international forums such as the ICIS‟ 5th African Base Oils & Lubricants Conference. His experience also includes conducting lubrication surveys, audits, and providing training for end customers including oil majors like Indian Oil Corp, Hindustan Petroleum Corp etc. under aegis of VAS tribology (licensed partners of Noria Corp, USA). Currently, he works as a technical consultant, taking on part-time assignments to further share his knowledge and expertise in the field.
