Garment manufacturing technology is covered in Chapter 6. Chapter 7 covers all pre-production processes and Chapter 8 shows how to manage a garment factory. Chapter 9 covers textile basics like yarn, fabrics, textile testing, fabric properties and fabric specifications. Quality control of apparel and textile is discussed in Chapter 10. Chapter 11 covers overview of social compliance and factory certification. In the last chapter you will learn about the necessary documents and reports used by garment factories.
