The activity of Computer Engineering has in the recent years had come to mean a participation in the phenomenon of ‘software development’, as a techno-cultural complex involving adhoc coding, testing and rapid deployment. This work here attempts to return computer programming and architecture to firm foundations of theoretical Physics and Engineering in the spirit of modernist/minimalist design.
