The book SANSAR-A guide –How to enjoy life, in spite of Conflicts, Disparities and Challenges by Santosh Chaddha is thought provoking. “Sansar” ( (world) came into existence as believed by bang theory which generated lot of energy followed by ions, atoms, molecules and substance due to different types of bond formations .Author has explained formation of bonding and disbonding that generate conflicts. How to manage conflicts, author has given thoughts of seers, social reformers in simple language to peacefully make a progression in life without hurting anyone and simultaneously getting hurt.
I feel author has succeeded in his attempt to project “SANSAR” worth living by showing guidelines to be followed.

CONFLICT is a widespread phenomena - be it the fierce survival of animals or rational human survival in this world. The book beautifully brings out the fact that none of us can completely do away with conflicts however can resolve them using Psychology as an art and as a science. The book makes a good read for both casual as well as college readers.
