Re: Yoga Philosophy and Practice

I enjoyed your book very much. It is informative, historical, philosophical, and not without controversy. Here is my review. Shyam Mehta Newest addition to over fifty books to his credit ' Yoga Philosophy and Practice' continues his outspoken, controversial, Philosophical approach to traditional Yoga practices and Hindu Philosophies. Reading his newest book is like a review of so many books I have read before but with his unique understanding and insights building upon what one already knows. This book could serve as an introduction to religion while at the same time challenging the expert or devotee. His recent criticism of Patanjali reminds us all to take a critical fresh look at traditional teachings. Professor, William Parkinson. University of Utah.
