Description

Speak Up. Even When It's Hard. We’ve all been there—swallowing what we really wanted to say, just to keep the peace. But staying silent often comes at a cost: to your confidence, your relationships, and your mental health.

Hard To Say, But I Said It is your practical guide to assertiveness—not through lectures, but through real-life roleplay cases. Inside, you’ll find everyday scenarios with friends, family, and partners, where you’ll get to step into character, test your voice, and practice speaking up without guilt. This isn’t about being aggressive or “winning” arguments. It’s about finding the clarity to say what matters—and say it well.

Whether you’re a chronic people-pleaser, a conflict-avoider, or just someone who wants to communicate better, this book gives you the tools to start. One conversation at a time.
